We did an excellent choice with this hotel in our stay in Asunción, Paraguay. The staff is very friendly and was always ready to solve our questions about the city and touristic places to visit. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food and the service is very good. The breakfasts have a fairly good selection of food,

Let me start with the pros about this hotel. It is in a very good and secure location near restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a nice swimming pool on the top floor and a fairly well-equipped gym as well. There is a spa where you can get a good massage for a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant, Tacuare’e, serves excellent food and the service is top notch. The breakfasts have a fairly good selection of food, but it literally never changes. It is the same thing every day. It would have been nice to have a change since we were there for three weeks. The coffee is awful and you are charged extra for cappuccino, etc.

Now let me talk a little about some of the cons. This is what I would call a minimalist hotel and I really should write minimalist in capital letters. The lobby is plain and boring and the rest of the hotel follows its example. The walls are white and literally devoid of any color or decorations of any kind – no pictures, nothing. That goes for the rooms as well. There is nowhere comfortable to sit in the lobby either. They have what looks like oversized mattresses that rest on the floor and are up against the wall, but there are no back rests. They look cheap and believe me, they are uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable, the rooms have very little in the way of furniture – a small desk with a chair and another chair that is not only hard, but extremely uncomfortable. The closets are small with very little shelf space and there were only 4 clothes hangers. There were no drawers to store clothing. There was nowhere to place luggage and we came with a lot. Although the bathroom was clean, it smelled. It was the first thing we noticed each time we came into our room. Although the hotel tries to be accommodating, it needs significant improvement. We often had to ask multiple times for things we needed before they finally appeared in our room: extra hangers, something to put our luggage on, etc. Housekeeping was often slow and our room was not cleaned two times during our stay. And finally, according to the rules for 4-star hotels, one bottle of water per guest should be provided free of charge. The only water was in the minibar and we were charged for it.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we probably won’t be going back. There are other more attractive options in the area.

Excellent choice for business travellers who want simple efficiency, without giving up comfort. Located close to a large shopping mall with excellent lunch and dinner opportunities, as well as easy access to the city. The staff is attentive and helpful, and will cater to any wishes you might have.

poor resolution of issue. they should have provided a room refund for that night but instead combined it with a taxi fee with 3 other family’ as a discount. Did not make sense and language barrier made it worse. Poor customer resolution. We will stay elsewhere. Credit should have been given to the family that was disturbed for 12 hours with loud music event. Instead they lumped it by saying they paid for our taxi service, when in fact the group paid this to the driver.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut. Zimmer ansprechend, Kingsize Bett übergroß und super bequem! Angenehmes Hoteltaxi zum Flughafen, knapp 10 Minuten Fahrt.

Hôtel récent situé dans le quartier moderne d’Asuncion, proche des centres commerciaux et de l’aéroport.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres avec un très très très grand lit. Une décoration simple, très agréable.

Le personnel est courtois et professionnel.

Il y’a une belle piscine sur le toit avec une très jolie vue ainsi qu’une salle de sport.

Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet, il est copieux mais basique.
La salle du petit-déjeuner est assez petite, attention à l’embouteillage et au manque de tables aux heures de pointe.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous avons payé environ 65€/nuit avec le petit-déjeuner

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter, zentraler Lage. Von hier kann man u.a, mehrere Shopping-Center gut zu Fuß erreichen. Lobby wirkt leider etwas kalt und steril. Personal freundlich und entgegenkommend. Angesichts der Lage und der Ausstattung ein hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Es ist alles hell und freundlich. Leider wirkt aber alles auch sehr steril. Wir wurden von den Mitarbeiterinnen professionell und zuvorkommend empfangen. Der Check-in verlief schnell und problemlos. Die Koffer wurden in unser Zimmer transportiert. Unser Zimmer lag zwar nah zu den Fahrstühlen, was viel Bewegung vor der Tür erwarten lies, hier war es aber erfreulicherweise ausgesprochen leise. Alles ist gut gedämmt. Das Frühstücksbüffet entsprach allerdings nicht einem Hotel dieser Kategorie: Die „Grundbedürfnisse“ wurden zwar befriedigt, es fehlte aber leider auch hier an dem gewissen Etwas. Schade eigentlich! Der schöne Dachterrassen-Pool und auch der ordentliche Fitnessbereich besserten die Gesamtbilanz ein wenig auf.

Hotel di taglio molto moderno completo di piscina (sul tetto con vista mozzafiato) ottima colazione con grande varietà di cibo; personale cortese e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Buon servizio di biancheria e di pulizia.

Hotel moderne, propreté irréprochable et service attentionné. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bains très bien équipées. Dommage : pas de bar, pas de lobby pour se retrouver et un extérieur à l'arrière de l'hôtel qui ne sert à rien sinon à regrouper les souffleries de l'AC dans un bruit épouvantable. Même remarque pour la piscine, super idée au dernier étage, mais encore avec le souffle des ventilateurs.

È come altri wyndham, niente di che e la colazione assolutamente pessima.
È tutto extra, uova caffè etc.
Va bene per chi non ha molte pretese e sicuramente la posizione è ottima per uscire la sera.
Il servizio è buono.

Das Hotel ist neu, leider wurde noch nicht alles komplett fertig gestellt. Das Restaurant war nicht eröffnet, überall Staub im ganzen Hotel, der Pool milchig, das Frühstück nicht angemessen für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.
